Blue Cosmic Monkey

1 measure of silver tequila
1/2 measure of Blue Curacao
1/4 measure of Cointreau
1/2 measure of Fresh lime Juice
1 measure of Ginger Ale
Sea Salt

Add liquid ingredients to a blender with 3ice cubes. Blend until frothy light blue. Pourinto a chilled martini glass rimmed withsea salt. It's Cosmi-rific!

TIPS: Always use a good quality tequila inyour mixed drinks. Many inexpensive "tequilas"are actually mixed with other alcohols.

Readlabels carefully. If the label says "mixto," move on.

Unrefined sea salt works well, but use whateveryou like.
