1 measure of silver tequila
1/2 measure of Blue Curacao
1/4 measure of Cointreau
1/2 measure of Fresh lime Juice
1 measure of Ginger Ale
Sea Salt
Add liquid ingredients to a blender with 3 ice cubes. Blend until frothy light blue. Pour into a chilled martini glass rimmed with sea salt. It's Cosmi-rific!

TIPS: Always use a good quality tequila in your mixed drinks. Many inexpensive "tequilas" are actually mixed with other alcohols. Read labels carefully. If the label says "mixto," move on. |
Unrefined sea salt works well, but use whatever you like.
