Corrections to the first edition:
While every effort has been made to catch typos and other errors before going to press, we did miss one small omission for the "White Cosmic Dog" cocktail recipe. The ingredient list is correct, but we neglected to add the half and half to the instructions. Hey, Martha Stewart had bigger errors than that in her first cookbook. It happens to the best and brightest of us sometimes. No regrets...

White Cosmic Dog
1 measure of Añejo tequila
1 measure of Tia Maria or Kahlua
1/4 measure of half and half
Ice Cubes
Fill a tall, beautiful glass with ice cubes. Pour the tequila, Tia Maria, and half and half over the cubes and stir gently.
That's It!
