Blue Cosmic Monkey
1 measure of silver tequila
1/2 measure of Blue Curacao
1/4 measure of Cointreau
1/2 measure of Fresh lime Juice
1 measure of Ginger Ale
Sea Salt

Add liquid ingredients to a blender with 3 ice cubes. Blend until frothy light blue. Pour into a chilled martini glass rimmed with sea salt. It's Cosmi-rific! |
TIPS: Always use a good quality tequila in your mixed drinks. Many inexpensive "tequilas" are actually mixed with other alcohols. Read labels carefully. If the label says "mixto," move on.
Unrefined sea salt works well, but use whatever you like.
